Information and guidelines about personal data collecting and processing in the recruitment process
According to the provisions of the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”), we would like to kindly inform you that the controller of your personal data is Beryl Med Limited, with its registered seat in: 2nd Floor, 19 Margaret Street, London W1W 8RR in the United Kingdom.
During recruitment processes, we do collect solely personal data that are necessary and relevant to the performance of the job which is being applied for. For instance, we process personal data such as: your contact details (phone number, e-mail address, home address), your first name and family name, your education as well as the course of your previous employment.
The remaining part of your personal data (such as, i.e. your image) is processed by us on the basis of your voluntary consent, which you have given us while sending us your recruitment application. Giving us such personal data will not impact the possibility of participation in the recruitment process.
We can process your personal data contained in the recruitment application also for purposes of establishing, pursuing or defending claims, if these claims are concerning the recruitment process conducted by us. In such cases, we will process your personal data for purposes of our legitimate interests, consisting in establishing, pursuing or defending claims in proceedings before courts and/or state agencies.
You have the right to access your personal data, as well as to receive from us their copy, to rectify your personal data, to demand from us their erasure, the right to restrict the processing of your personal data, object the processing of your personal data as well as to transfer your personal data (for the processing of which you have given us your consent) to another controller. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for processing of your personal data, however, such withdrawal shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on such consent before its withdrawal.
We process your personal data for recruitment purposes, conducted for positions mentioned in the job ad, for a period of time no longer than until the day of closing the recruitment process for a given position, and in situations where you have given us your consent to participate in future recruitment processes, no longer than during 12 months. Furthermore, we can process your personal data for purposes of establishing, pursuing or defending claims related to the recruitment process, for a period of time no longer than, accordingly, till the day of closure of the recruitment process for a given position or during 12 months, counted from the day in which you have given us the consent for processing your personal data, irrespective of the form in which you gave us your consent. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area.
